  • You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate platform policies.

4. Session Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked through the platform.
  • Users make payments directly to BuddyHour for session bookings.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
  • BuddyHour manages service delivery and internal host payouts.
  • BuddyHour does not store card or banking details.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Users are advised to review the policy before booking any session.

6. User Conduct

  • No illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior is permitted.
  • Users must respect the structured nature of sessions.
  • Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

7. Host Responsibilities

  • Hosts are verified and approved by BuddyHour.
  • Hosts must deliver sessions according to predefined formats.
  • Hosts must maintain professionalism and consistency.

8. Platform Control

BuddyHour operates as a platform-managed service provider. All sessions, pricing, and service delivery are controlled and standardized by the platform. Hosts operate within the BuddyHour framework and are not independent service providers to users.

9. Limitation of Liability

BuddyHour shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from platform usage. The platform provides structured guidance sessions and does not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or disrupt platform operations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
