Account Deletion

We value your privacy. If you wish to delete your BuddyHour account and all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.

smartphone Instant In-App Deletion

You can instantly delete your account directly inside the BuddyHour app without contacting support:

  1. Open the BuddyHour app and log in.
  2. Go to your Profile.
  3. Tap on Settings (gear icon).
  4. Select Delete Account and confirm.

policy Data Deletion Policy

  • delete_forever Deleted: Your profile information, KYC documents, location history, chat history, and active sessions will be permanently erased.
  • inventory_2 Retained: We are legally required to securely retain financial transaction records (ledger history) for up to 7 years strictly for tax, legal, and anti-fraud compliance purposes.
