Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation by User

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may incur up to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or no-shows.

2. Cancellation by Platform

If a session is cancelled by BuddyHour due to availability or operational reasons, the user will receive a full refund.

3. Incomplete or Disrupted Sessions

If a session is not delivered as per the structured format, users may request a review within 24 hours of the scheduled session time. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after internal evaluation.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days.
  • Bank processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Platform Charges

Certain platform charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable depending on the nature of the cancellation.

6. Dispute Resolution

BuddyHour reserves the right to review and resolve all refund-related requests based on session data and platform records. All decisions made by BuddyHour regarding refunds shall be final.
